6 Ways to Help Dick Change the Climate in Parliament

3. Tell a friend. Many people still vote based on old habits. Sometimes all it takes to inspire a Green vote is for you to talk about why you are choosing Dick Hibma & the Green Party.
4. Write a letter to the editor of your local paper about why you think Dick Hibma is the best choice for Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound.

6. Donate. Every great campaign needs financial support. You can help Dick's campaign and the Green Party by making a donation. There are significant tax benefits associated with political contributions.

If you utilize the on-line contribution form your transaction will be processed by the Green Party of Canada and the bulk of your contribution goes to the candidate's campaign and the local riding association.
THE TAX BENEFITS
Donations up to $400 receive a 75% tax credit. Donations from $400 to $750 receive a $300 tax credit plus 50% tax credit over $400. Donations $750 and over receive a $475 tax credit plus 33% tax credit over $750. See the table below for examples.

Maximum donation to the candidate or EDA is $1,100 per year. A further $1,100 can be donated to the party. Contribution receipts will be sent well before next year's tax submission deadline.
